~The zombies attack~

I watched Zombi Kampung Pisang twice in a week! It wasn't because it was hilariously funny. It was just 'cause the first time I wanted to take my mum and the second was 'cause A wanted to. He thought it'd be a good movie because on Friday, I wanted to watch Wild Hogs, so I booked the tickets before coming and we ended up in the wrong cinema! The ticket lady gave us tickets for Zombi Kampung Pisang! So I made them let me into the right cinema. I was thinking 'no way I'm gonna watch that movie twice..' but was I wrong. The next day, A asked if we could go and watch Zombi Kampung Pisang. He thought it was hilarious 'cos Awie's in it. So, yeah... I went to watch it. Again. But overall, it's quite a funny flick. Mostly slapstick. Cheap props but it doesn't matter 'cos it's comedy.

Awie wrapping his head in towel is funny, I suppose?

Wild Hogs... err...it's okay.. Just not as funny as I thought it'd be... Hehe..

~Where is the joy?~

The actual reason I had this blog was so that I could reflect on the good things in life. But obviously, that is quite hard to do. It's been quite a bummer lately. Shite. Ah crap! So top ten facts of myself that I can think of today are:
-1- I have serious insecurity issues (discussed this with A. got over it. am sure it'll be back in a few weeks)
-2- I am sulky?
-3- I am heavier everyday than I was the day before
-4- I wanna get married really soon
-5- I am not good with words
-6- I've been wasting my time finding sites about sewing beads on the baju. But I don't have the nice baju, and the nice time to actually do it.
-7- I spent $ yesterday on books that I know I might never read - atleast not in the nearest time.
-8- Ukh!
-9-
-10-

Ta.

P/S: If you haven't watched Epic Movie, DO NOT watch it. It sucks.

~Blogging~

I got myself three new audio CDs few days ago. They're Rossa, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. Now some might question my choice of music... hehehe... I was just thinkin' maybe Lindsay's songs are worth hearing since she's cute and all maybe I can learn to like her - just the way I'm torn in the middle between liking and hating Britney and Christina. And Paris - no question - I totally adore her. No matter how much I try not to, I can't help it.. she has this way of amusing me. So my verdicts are... Hilton beats Lohan by soooooooo much. Lindsay's singing is so boring and I think the music's part of the reason. It's just so teen-y. Feels like I kinda grown out of it like ages ago. So outdated. Then I popped Paris' CD in the player and I was quite pessimistic about it at first. But hell! Paris is good. The difference between Lindsay's songs and those of Paris' is that Lindsay talks a lot about troubled life, kinda like teenage-drama-confusion-crap and Paris talks about her being sexy, envied and all. It's bitchy but fun to listen to.
NEXT: I been so jobless at work so there has been a lo-o-ot of surfing. Lately, I been so caught up with blog-reading. Not just any blog but Cosmo's fictional 'Bedroom Blog'. It's superhot and exciting, keeps you wanting for more. All about a hot lady named K, her ups and downs, relationships and her two BFFs. Check it out.
NEXT: Went to watch Norbit the other day. Didn't plan on doing so but went anyway. Worth the money. Excellent movie. Three words - pshyco. fat. bitch.

Ain't she one hot mama?

It keeps you laughing and annoyed at the same time. Do watch it!

Gtg now. Laters.

~Not quite the joy: Puaka Tebing Biru~

Last night I went to the movies with my mum and my bro to watch 'Puaka Tebing Biru'. That movie was kinda awesome for a Malay movie. I mean, it's quite an improvement. I thought it'd be one of those sucky malay horror movie. But yeah, basically a good one. Maybe it was the fact that we sat so close to the screen than we usually did. It was pure suspense right from the start it just kept your eyes glued on the screen because you just wanna know what'd the stupid freakin ghosts do next.

So it started in a fishermen village with two young ladies, Ratna (Nasha Aziz) and Ayu (Umie Aida) and Lia, Ratna's little sister. So la-di-da, Ratna went to the city for seven years to work and then haunted by a lady ghost and a child ghost. Berijap lah pokoknya the way they appear. Memajal ani wah. So yeah, in the end rupanya pasal Ratna left Ayu when she needed her the most. When she left Ayu was preggie with a fisherboy's baby. Fisherboy named Mokhsin (Fahrin). So yeah Ayu was scared like crap when she discovered Mokhsin's boat sank in the sea. So she ran to an isolated island and thought that she had to deliver the baby alone. Skali... rupanya alum mati that Mokhsin. I thought he died and came back for her from the dead, you know like Nang-Nak. Rupanya really alive. Huhu~ So he came to the Island and promised to be with her when she delivers and they had sex again I think when they reunited. Palui wah that guy. He asked her to leave the baby when it's born. She didn't want to but he said 'sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do'. Irresponsible bastard. And he only came to her at night because he didn't want anyone else to suspect him. So the night she was supposed to give birth, he wasn't there. So she delivered on her own. It was soooo kesian. After that she was so thirsty so she kinda walk (kesian! she wasn't supposed to walk but someone has got to do the job) to the well. Bla bla bla and she fell into the well, bloody and all. Ofcourse she couldn't swim cos she just gave birth so she drowned. Mokhsin came a bit too late. Baby crying, girlfriend dead. The baby was later found by a lady named Ara and she raised the baby for like, seven, six years? So Mokhsin kept the body until it turned to skeleton. Crazy ass. And Ika was later dead. (She was on a swing that Mokhsin had built near the water and the swing collapsed, she drowned and when Mokhsin found out he hid Ika for seven days with the dead girlfriend. Psycho.) Then he returned the body to Ara by putting it in a boat). Then Ika and Ayu haunted Ratna because I dunno, probly they think it's all her fault for leaving Ayu alone. They possesed Lia as well. Man, this story is quite long. So basically Ratna JUST had to find out what was wrong. Mbari sasak! Sekadar wah antunya ah.

All-in-all, the storyline's fine, excellent cinematography but I have to say membari sasak jua. But then again, it's just a movie. I noticed this: they didn't use much makeup here. Just for Ayu's part I think, green paint for the face and blue lipstick haha... And Nasha Aziz looks like a guy without the makeup. And I couldn't take my eyes off her nose - it's THAT noticeable. But she's still way better-looking than some others I've seen. Fahrin might be a good actor but I guess this part didn't suit him well. Macam perv. It's all about the sex for him here. It just sucks in the end, but it's amazing how it managed to get my attention all the way.

~New Workplace~

So it's been, like, more than a month of nothing. It's the 21st and it's a Wednesday. I haven't mentioned that I worked with the government for about three months when I got transferred (or to use their exact word - deployed) to a new office in Bandar. It's not exactly a new building. By new I meant, new environment, new people La-di-da. So yeah, pretty much sucky for the first week. Didn't talk much (oh what difference!), couldn't watch ShinChan or SpongeBob on my PC as people are walking by and it's really erm.. unethical. And I miss the people from my old place :( I miss Syakira and Aza and Ruslan and Ams (I miss his ringtone!) and Hamsul!
Second week was better though still quite socially depressing. And FYI: we have a bigger pantry here! I like! But it's spooky pasal the other day this lady got 'possesed' on the way to the pantry. But it didn't stop me from going down to the pantry because, one - there's food, two - nobody knew if she was really possesed (hence the '---'). So yeah I'm looking at the more positive side. Two days ago was my 3rd week and still, nothing to do. I wanted to help around but I figured it would complicate their lives more as I have yet to learn things if I seriously wanted to help. Get?
Three weeks of being here, I'm starting to warm up to these people. They're very nice and funny. It's not so bad after all ;)
Azrol's away vacationing in Japan. I envy Izme! That lucky lucky ass! I wished I was the one going with Azrol to Japan. He missed his flight to Thailand on Monday. So they are staying in Jap until today and getting a flight to Thailand later in d afternoon. I hope he doesn't miss that. :P I miss him like crazy. He's been away for only like 10 days and I'm already out of my head. I thought I needed a life. But then I could ask anyone to go out with me but I just didn't feel like it. I needed someone familiar. Sooo, yeah Rozie's in UK, Boon Nee's in KB or probly offshore. I asked Marha the other day but she didn't feel like going out. I can't ask Zura because her grandma just passed so I guess they're still grieving (Condolences to Zura and her family). Man.. so goddamn bored.
Anyhoo, I'm lookin' forward to Azrol's coming back tomorrow. I'm so happy ;D
